Great post! It really is all about engaging people in what you care about, so they care about it, too.

For me, the easiest way to do this is to ask questions about the other person - not to discern their needs, but to inspire them to what is possible.

But I guess the first thing is to realize that the other person is just that - they are not a "prospect" or a "buyer" but a person first. When we engage them, creating a real relationship, the rest flows naturally!
